We do not use cookies, tracking, or analytics within the task execution system.

Hosting of Automation Services

Our automation services ("monkeytasks") are hosted on dedicated servers located within the European Union. All task execution and processing occurs on these secure servers to ensure data sovereignty and compliance with EU data protection laws.

Third-Party Providers

To fulfill some tasks, we rely on trusted external services:

Your data may be transmitted to OpenAI temporarily to fulfill the requested automation. This only occurs when you actively submit a task.

We do not use OpenAI for website browsing or contact form use.

3. Payments and Invoices

If you make a purchase, we collect billing data necessary to generate legally valid invoices. This may include:

  • Your name and email
  • Company name (if applicable)
  • Billing address
  • Tax identification (if required)

We are legally required to retain this data in accordance with German and EU tax and accounting laws (typically for 10 years).

This data will only be used for invoicing and compliance purposes and is not shared with third parties unless required by law.

Payment Processing

Payments are handled via the following trusted payment provider:

Payment information (such as credit card data) is processed directly by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

  • Task-related input is deleted shortly after task execution
  • Contact form messages may be kept as long as needed for support or legal obligations
  • Analytics and logs are anonymized and stored for performance monitoring and security
  • Invoice and billing data are stored as required by law
